Coach Beierle

Darin Beierle has coached throwing events for the past 19 years. Prior to his coaching career, he earned a track and field scholarship to Long Beach City College and Washington State University. Over the course of his successful coaching career, he has produced 28 region champions, 43 state medalists, 10 state champions, 3 nationally ranked athletes and 3 state team titles. In 2010, 12 of the athletes Coach Beierle worked with competed for the 5A State Championship. All 12 were state medalists. Over the past 5 years his athletes have won the state championship in the shot put, discus and javelin.

In total, 12 of the athletes who have worked side by side with Coach Beierle have earned track and field scholarships to universities in Arizona, Washington and Utah.

Darin has been happily married to Krista for 9 years and have an 8 year old son, Gavin.
